Hollow toHem: Startthe tape at the hollow at the base of your neck and measure down towhere you want the hem. If your skirt will be full, be sure tomeasure out at an angle to allow for the fullness. Also, be sureyoure wearing the same heightheel .
ArmGirth: measurearound the largest part of your upper arm, see picture. (onlyneeded for dress with sleeves)
